Products and Inventory

Procure to pay

Order to cash

Warehouse management

Transportation management

Master planning, demand and supply forecasting

Intercompany trade

Enterprise Asset Management

Data migration, data management and FastTrack go-live assessment

Security framework. roles and best practices

Understanding the integration options and underlying technologies available

 

Experience with:

Lifecycles services to design and plan a project

Azure DevOps, test case planning and acceptance testing framework

 

Responsibilities:

Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements, or workarounds to meet customer requirements.

Fully understands documentation standards, and able to QA documentation required for enhancements and integrations to other business applications.

Assist industry leads in estimating the steps in formulating their solution maps (based on industry knowledge). Responsible for identifying, scoping, developing, and presenting new solutions (out of scope of project) to the customer.

Responsible for researching and qualifying ISVs solutions.

Responsible for the quality assurance in all project FRD(s) (Functional Requirements Document), including sufficient/accurate details for each requirement.

Provides SME (Subject Matter Expertise) in one primary functional area with a close second area that continues to develop.

Responsible for ensuring overall solution adheres to customer requirements. Responsible for ensuring system and customization designs meets customer’s requirements.

Work with the leads/consultants to ensure design and configurations adhere to approved requirements and project scope.

Work with the PM to ensure all tasks are listed in the Project Work Plan.

Work with the PM to formulate the implementation strategy, interdependencies, risks/mitigation strategies, and timeline requirements.

Involve in reviews of Design and Solution Architect documents and help project management office to get customer sign off.

Help Project Manager by providing estimations for change orders/requests for new customizations or enhancements comes after system requirement freeze.

Using services team, help project management office in creating new or update available training material to Provide Core Team Training, Trainers Training or End User Training to customers.

Deliver Conference Room Pilots (CRP) to customers to show their business process which are supported out of the box and with customization.

Be available to visit customer onsite for important sessions during project implementation.
