These resources are responsible for

Driving requirements works shops with client and capture detailed requirements consisting of Business flows, Data dictionary, Security and data related requirements

This is a Contact Centre application, so the resource expected to have contact centre functional experience and well versed with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement module

Experience with Omnichannel / CTI experience is good to have.

Experience in dealing with integration related requirements is a BIG plus.

Great Communication skills (written and verbal).
