Manage all buying or inquiry requests that come through the procurement intake process.
Support client facing training opportunities; supporting broad range of requests and route requests to the appropriate resource or workflow to fulfill the requirement. Reviewing request forms for completeness and reasonableness.
Performs comprehensive contract management and maintains contract repository data integrity in support of critical business decisions. Contracts are mixed with non-complex and complex in nature requiring the ability to read and understand contractual terms and conditions.
Support special contract administration projects.
2-3 years Purchasing/Procurement experience
Understanding of P2P
1-2 years’ experience with procurement/purchasing technology (Coupa/Ariba, Oracle financials)
Demonstrated experience using Contract Lifecycle Management Applications, Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, and SharePoint
Additional desired experience:
Demonstrated experience with and strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and practices; CLM “super user” or implementation experience helpful; reporting and analysis experiences
Comprehensive knowledge of business contracts terms, and ability to interpret legal and business terms and clauses across contract types, including non-disclosure agreements, events management agreements, etc.
2+ years hands-on contract management experience, working with contract r processes
2+ years strong technical skills that can be directly applied to managing various document types in Contract Lifecycle Management systems or Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems
Strong business insight and judgment on maintaining contract integrity and CLM governance and controls
Enjoys a hands-on role when working through contracts management challenges and opportunities.
