RMS Tritech Project Manager

Montgomery County, MD

Duration: 6+ months

Qualifications and Experience:

1.Tenormoreyearsofcustomer-facingtechnologyprojectmanagementexperience.Exceptions totenyearrequirementmaybegrantedifthereproofofexperienceProgram/ProjectManaging the implementation of an RMS system to go live, preference to Tritech Software.

2.Minimum of three years’ leadership experience managing technical projects of similar size and complexity, with 30 or more stakeholders with project budgets of $1,000,000 or more

3.PMP certification preferred but not required if experiencesubstitutes.

4.Experience with Tritech RMS Software is preferred but can be substituted with experience implementing other RMS or CAD implementations.

5.Demonstrated successful, experience in the ability to determine and adhere to cost budgets.

6.Demonstrated experience in performing the functional responsibilities of the program management and project management.

7.Detail-oriented,heavy focus on documentation and production support needs post project such that the project delivers all that is needed to support organizations.

8.Thrives in collaborative environment

9.Strategically minded, self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and scale

10.Fanatical about customer success and driving customer value

11.Highly analytical and data-driven with a commitment to reporting on project status, product utilization, product feedback and other key metrics

12.Strong presentation, excellent verbal,andwritten communication skills with an ability to influence others

13.Flexible, adaptable teamplayer with strong interpersonal skills

14.Experience working directly with customers and multiple project stakeholders required

15.Demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve issues

16.Experience withTritech Records Management preferred
