IT Business Analyst, Tata Consultancy Services- The Hartford | (May 2014 to Present)

1.       Functioned as the lead Claims Data Warehouse BA for ‘The Hartford’ client. Worked with 40+ claim management applications during this period. Currently working on building an integrated analytical data mart for the Hartford's Claims Data Warehouse, using Agile software development methodology.

2.       Subject matter expert in IT systems/ applications and data pertaining to Insurance Claim management.

3.       Expert in facilitating requirements and solutioning for actor/ location based Business Intelligence and complex analytics of Claims data using master data management, thereby providing different lenses to the conventional event-centric model of the client’s existing Claims Data Warehouse.

4.       Experienced at interviewing various business stakeholders, recording use cases and framing/ documenting user stories in Rally. Assist the Product Owner in stocking, maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog as part of backlog refinement and in setting the roadmap for the Claims Data Mart project.

5.       Act as business coach for the agile development team during each iteration by facilitating collaboration and sharing knowledge.

6.       Responsible for building and executing test cases as part of internal User Acceptance Testing to evaluate the product increment.
