Ø  Identifying the list of batch jobs for OTC module by analyzing various Basis Reports like EWA, DVM, AWR & ST03N data for the jobs which are running daily for more than 1 hour and then designing a solution to reduce the daily system batch runs & thus reduction in system load by implementing the proposed solution like merging similar jobs, rescheduling or code optimization batch job programs.

Ø  Identifying the list of OTC tables which are taking more than 60 % of database size and then solution design to archive, delete and prevent growth of these top 10 OTC tables, also carried out Configuration related to Archiving & creating batch jobs variants for OTC database based on the Clients archiving strategy.
