Client: Pharmaceutical Company, Cambridge, UK
Accomplishments:
· Successfully and quickly partnered with local management team and identified major issues with the proposed overall Change Management approach and project plan. Worked with the local and corporate project team overcoming political resistance to re-plan and re-assign resources appropriately and was able to improve the delivery date by almost 6 months.
· Reduced costs and simplified the complexity and learning curve for Change Management and Training by leveraging the U.S. parent business system template, resources and existing available documentation and video

Client : Konica Minolta, Office Equipment, New Jersey/Toronto, Canada
Accomplishments:
· Overcame skepticism and initial resistance from Japanese CEO, by completing a culture assessment and identifying major business “roadblocks” and culture issues, this process convinced him and the executive business leadership team on “buy-in” to the value contribution of Change Management.
· Completed an Organizational Assessment of both US/Canadian business operations identifying duplication of functions and potential targets for re-engineering.
· Delivered a Change Management Roadmap program for both the US and Canada business operations to support systems migration and organizational change.
· Further identified potential reduction in force of 167 personnel and savings of $4.4M, plus additional substantial savings in inventory management.

Accomplishments
· Implemented a Government Compliance program throughout the business operation globally based on failed Defense Department audits and checks which could have closed the business operation down or resulted in a $500M fine.
· Met with business units globally and succeeded in building strong relationships and engagement with senior executives as stakeholders, AND as involved and committed Sponsors through respect and understanding of local issues and their impact
· Achieved agreement on implementing overall governance program including steering groups, work streams at corporate and locally for the business operations through involvement and listening to any and all issues raised.
· Achieved global organizational alignment and “understanding” between Global Business Goals and SBU and Regional Project Deliverables in spite of initial political and geographic resistance based on past performance.
· With dialogue with those impacted overseas we were able to developed an agreed global deployment strategy.
· Delivered the Trade Compliance system in multiple locations worldwide on time and with minimum disruption.

Accomplishments:
· Identified fundamental organizational change in Customer Service Management process for Customers. With additional data for analytics able to move from reactive to active.
· Slashed costs by over $1M/yr (reducing headcount from 70 persons to 30 in Customer Service) and identifying major issues and gaps with installed system implementation.
· Increased productivity by 30% by changing process, organization, “reward system” and system configuration.
· Reduced customer error rate by 20% with thorough data scrubbing, training, and clean-up of Master Data.
· Increased sales 2% and reduced customer churn by initiated major organizational change from a passive administrative order taking transaction function to an active Customer Centric focus and Customer segmentation.
