Accomplishments:

 

·        Successfully and quickly partnered with local management team and identified major issues with the proposed overall Change Management approach and project plan.  Worked with the local and corporate project team overcoming political resistance to re-plan and re-assign resources appropriately and was able to improve the delivery date by almost 6 months.

 

·        Reduced costs and simplified the complexity and learning curve for Change Management and Training by leveraging the U.S. parent business system template, resources and existing available documentation and video

 

  • Led major transformational change initiative (setting up new common organization, processes, operations, procedures, supply chain, distribution, and e-commerce process throughout the U.K.
