·         Documented and tested the steps necessary to open eBenefits for new hire on-line enrollments. 

·         Working with client to resolve production issues related to benefits processing as needed.

·         Developed standard operating procedures for daily Benefits Administration processing and troubleshooting.  

·         Acted as the functional lead on the Affordable Care Act reporting for plan year 2016.  Configured, processed, and produced forms and other reporting requirements as mandated.

PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Lead

·         Involved in numerous projects for this services solution company, supporting media groups and newspapers located throughout the United States.

·         Utilized PeopleSoft CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to manage requests and enhancements.

·         Led four Benefits Administration and eBenefits implementations for various market groups.  Participated in Tools Upgrades and Bundle testing.  

·         Conducted unit and regression testing, as needed.

·         Responsible for the preparation and execution of six Open Enrollments, including two years with two simultaneous enrollments processed under distinct schedule definitions.

·         Supported and configured ABBRs (Annual Benefit Base Rate) for complex company needs.

·         Worked with technical resource to automate annual benefit rate table updates for 200+ benefit programs.

·         With technical and payroll resources, ensured Health Savings Account annual employer contribution loaded and processed correctly.  Company design was not supported by delivered PeopleSoft functionality.

·         Fully utilized the Eligibility Configuration fields to drive eligibility. 

·         Developed functional specifications to load and maintain values as needed.

·         Accommodated numerous mid-year benefit changes, including a change to eligibility rules to drive cost by hours worked and a change to event rules for accommodating this change.

·         Supported company needs during a time of extensive severance processing. 

·         Developed and utilized eligibility and event rules to ensure accurate benefits termination and/or continuation.

·         Assisted client with the move to the cloud via Amazon Web Services. 

·         Participated in testing process, identifying and documenting issues.

·         Completed a positive internal enrollment for a large NJ-based health insurance provider, successfully enrolling over 4,500 employees in multiple sites across the state utilizing PeopleSoft Benefits Administration and eBenefits. 

·         Re-configured module, developed and executed test scripts, and trained internal staff. 

·         Supported the introduction of Health Savings Accounts as a plan option, using a custom plan type since PeopleSoft had not yet delivered a solution for this type of benefit.

PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Lead

·         Returned to Cablevision after leading their initial Benefits Administration implementation to assist with a benefits re-design and Open Enrollment and to lead the efforts to integrate the newly acquired Newsday subsidiary. 

·         Worked with technical resources to simplify a complicated eBenefits set-up, including creating and executing test cases for all events.

 

Wakefern/Shoprite
