ISUZU North America Company (INAC) has embarked upon a major business transformation aimed at implementing common global processes to enable greater synergies to be realized as it executes its rapid growth and expansion plans. A decision has been taken as part of the business transformation to implement a new Integrated Business Management system, based on SAP, as the key foundation for this new way of doing business in ISUZU.

SAP implementation for INAC has been planned in three waves. Powertrain business division has already gone live in 2015 in the first wave, Commercial vehicles division will go-live in the second wave and Spare Parts division in the third wave. Blueprinting phase completed spare parts divisions. Realization/Build phase for spare parts division is in progress and Go-Live is planned in Nov 2016.

·         Designing solutions for different functionalities on Sales and Distribution related business processes for Isuzu

·         Designing and reviewing functional specification with the business users and getting approval to carry out development as per design

·         Coordinating with the technical team and preparing technical specification for the development

·         Managing and guiding developers in performing the development in various functional areas

·         Perform unit testing, system integration testing for objects configured or developed for Isuzu

·         Providing support and guidance during user acceptance testing in SAP for end business users

·         Documenting the solutions and designs during various phases of the project

·         Acting as the point of contact for SAP related queries from the business

As part of the CRM Integration Team the objective is to do the implementation and enhancement projects in CRM in integration with ECC SD track. Handled multiple CRM projects like Tax Project, Liberty, CRM R4 Retail CQT for Turkey, Polaris, Price List Tool etc.

The project Uno involves unification of Apple gift cards with iTunes gift cards. Currently Apple GC is used to buy hardware and iTunes GC is used for buying apps, music etc. After the project Uno is implemented, the buyer can use Uno GC for both purposes.
