I am looking for a role as an ORACLE/PeopleSoft Technical or Functional SME consultant.  I specialize in ORACLE/ PeopleSoft applications (FSM, FSCM and/or HCM) suite of products.   I prefer to work with PeopleSoft application versions 9.2, PeopleTools 8.55 or higher preferred and enjoy both lead technical and/or functional roles i.e. “Techno-Functional” in a Cloud architecture/environment.

Very experienced (ORACLE-PeopleSoft Certified Trained) consultant with an active U.S. Security Clearance and over 24 years of senior level PeopleSoft/ORACLE Applications in house and cloud expertise both technical and functional.     

 

I have been a team member in over of 13 PeopleSoft full life cycle implementation projects (Financials, FSCM & HCM) and over 14 ORACLE/PeopleSoft upgrades projects, many involving international and cloud application rollouts/deployments.   My industry business disciplines experience includes (Public Sector, University/Higher Education, US Federal, US Nation Defense (DOD) US ARMY & US Air Force, Heath Care, Manufacturing, Banking, Utilities/Energy and Technology).   Many of the projects have had international /global components.   I have an in-depth functional and technical expertise in analysis, design, development, interface and implementation with PeopleSoft Financials and HRMS product lines from application versions 2.0 thru 9.2    Very experienced working onsite & remotely on project implementations, resolving production support issues,  legacy application conversions to cloud based application products like ORACLE cloud, Workday, Successfactors, KRONOS cloud and ADP Global View cloud (iPaaS), and multiple 3rd party vendor Integrations (SaaS) examples: benefits carriers, ORACLE EBS, ADP Payroll (Global View) and various government agencies.

 

CAREER DETAILS:                

Functional(SME) experience:  Client business process analysis and re-engineering, configuration of the application modules, creating custom workflow activities, leading fit and gap product review sessions, creating business processes & requirements documentation, writing detailed specifications, development of change management procedures and policies, create and maintain the project plan, facilitate meetings & Fit/Gap sessions with the user and management community to gather on going requirements, conversion data mapping crosswalks, production support incident/issue tracking, writing test scripts, trouble shooting, configuring the application, ad-hoc client reporting (SQL, PS/Query, Connected Query, ORACLE BI-Publisher, XML-Publisher, Crystal, nVision, SQR & Data Warehouse ETL), application configuration, and user training.   My project methodologies include (Waterfall, SDCL & Agile). 

I have in-depth functional knowledge in PeopleSoft Financials (SCM & CRM) and PeopleSoft Human Resources (HCM).   

 

My specific PeopleSoft Financials & FSCM modules expertise includes General Ledger (GL), Payables (AP), Asset Management (AM), Purchasing (PO), Billing/Invoicing (BI), Receiving (AR), Project Costing (PC) ,Order Management (OM), Expenses Management (EX), Contracts, eProcurement, sPro, Procure to Pay processing, WorkCenter configuration, VAT tax and SUT tax setup.  I am also very familiar with European EU (EDPA) and European Monetary Unit (EMU) processing requirements and as well as the implications of the United States (Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX)) for corporate governess act.   Took part in PeopleSoft ERP product to Cloud application replacement project decision-making selection process for cloud products ORACLE Cloud, Workday and SAP Successfactors and the subsequent planning, conversion and implementation analysis phases of the replacement project.
