To provide a best and robust Web Content Management solution for the investment division of The Hartford by replacing the existing Windows based traditional content storage system.

Most of the AEM well known features were leveraged to implement this project such as MSM, responsive web design, mobile websites, easy social website collaborations etc. Used AEM Forms to create adaptive forms, which provided rich user experience while filling online forms.

·         Purpose:

To upgrade Adobe LiveCycle ES4 to AEM Forms tool and migrating all the Adobe LiveCycle projects to AEM forms 6.1. As part of this project, the app server was changed from WebLogic to JBoss. So corresponding build scripts were changed. As part of this project, few adoptive forms were created to showcase to business the capabilities of them. As a result of this, Cognizant got a new project on AEM Forms to develop many adaptive forms.

·         Roles and Responsibilities:

o   Took the role of AEM Forms Tech Lead role.  

o   Worked with AEM Forms architect in designing planning the steps to be executed.

For migrating the existing website developed using legacy tool to content management website using AEM 6.0. As part of this project 26 web pages were migrated to AEM web pages where all the contents were made author-able using AEM components. Social collaboration was also implemented by integrating AEM to FB, AEM to twitter etc. so that the comments written on web pages will be replicated back to author environments for further processing.

To create letter templates in Correspondence Management (CM), one of the solution accelerators in LiveCycle ES4, depending on the input XML provided by PEGA environment. As part of this project, we customized the UI of Correspondence Management screen in ES 4. Letter templates include different fragments created in ES 4 designer and the assets in CM. CM stores all the letter templates created in CRX repository, since AEM (CQ 5.6) is a part of LC ES 4. Custom DSC extracts the data depending on the data stored in JCR.

To transform the different type files (jpg, doc, txt, ps0, ps etc) present in a zip file to pdf and stitch the converted pdfs to a single pdf depending on some pre-defined rules present in the input meta file. The stitched pdfs will be zipped back and placed in the output folder. Watch folders start point of AEM Forms/LiveCycle ES4 is used to kick off the LiveCycle workflow, which will in turn call multiple sub processes to implement the logic.
