The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) is the apex body overseeing the insurance business in India. The Business Analytics Project is a Greenfield project that aims at offering the required data and information for evaluating the insurance & intermediary companies and also to aid regulatory decision-making.

·         Conducted  interviews and requirements workshop with client and the end users(Brokers )  to capture the detailed requirements  and documented  into Functional requirements Document

·         Created Cross Functional Process Flows , Workflows and use cases  for end-end business process of Brokers and other common modules for the whole BAP application
