For the past 4 years, I designed and implemented, analyzed and tested iOS and Android applications that meet the educational need of kids. These applications are available for download in iTunes, Google Play Store, Blackberry and Amazon App Store. I am the sole proprietor and content generator of the applications and website. For the past year, I planned, designed, implemented Alexa skills for kids using Amazon AWS.
● Analyze requirements and propose solution to enhance and optimize the mobile application process and implementation.

Worked as the business analyst responsible for understanding the current process, implement the business enhancements in the R/3 system. My responsibilities include
● Understanding the current “Returns” business process in SAP. Created change request for system changes using the trace tool. Efficiently wrote Functional and Technical Specification, Unit Test scripts.

● Mapped the “Customer Expected Value” as “EDI2” in the SAP R/3 System that would be passed from the “NCC” (Web User Interface) to the SAP via “EDI”.
