· Served as a key business analyst on the design and development of an application costing and profitability system for various groups including Personal Investing, Workplace Investing, Clearing and Custody, and Capital Markets. Translated unique business requirements for the various into a cohesive set of systems functionality requirements. Implemented and tested all groups through to adoption of the Cost and Profitability system
· Established processes and standards related to revenue and expense and subsequently driving those dollars to activity, client, product and participant.
· Actively participated in user acceptance testing of the application ensuring that documented business requirements were addressed and that the business processes would be sustainable.

· Established operation to provide mass data conversion services, for both in-house record keeping systems and external systems to PFPC's Retirement Systems.
· Directed team responsible for the definition, testing and implementation of data conversion tools and processes. Managed staff of 10 Migration specialists.
· Successful project management of Operational and Systems Teams for successful implementation, documentation and transition to operational processing.
· Successfully converted over 350 defined contribution retirement plans and 90,000 participants over a 12-week schedule. Project completed 4 weeks ahead of schedule.
· Managed Retirement Service’s due diligence process involved in merger and acquisitions and the integration of the new organization.
· Wrote business requirements for the conversion implementation tool that allowed any recordkeeper providers file to be utilized by the WyStar system. Eliminating the need for development or code to be written each time new files were received.
· Demonstrated the WyStar system to third party vendors such as Minnesota Life and American Express and served as support for vendor questions.
· Converted 60 plans with high degree of accuracy and completing full plan and participant reconciliation to the previous recordkeeper’s files.
· Developed reconciliation process for checking balances, hardships and current year contributions in total for the plan and by participant.
· Primary contact for Lasalle Bank and UBS/PaineWebber and served as consultant on share conversions.
· Developed auditing process for conversions and migrations that was reviewed approved by Ernst Young
