My Role:
Novartis has a call center, which is currently running in Siebel 7.5. Now they are planning to move the application in SFDC Service cloud. So, my role from off shore is to take the requirement/updates from client and delegate the work to off shore team.

· Involved in BA role, requirement gathering and Designing different document. i.e Functional Design doc and Technical design docs etc.
· Managing Team from offshore. I led all these releases and managed 8 resources in the team.

· Worked in Formulary functionality.
· I also was involved in coordinating with Oracle support team whenever required.

Responsibilities: Developer
· Involved in Upgrade Analysis and Effort estimation for the same
· Preparation of detail design for the enhancements with full description of customization step and pseudo code for EDGE functionality.
· Involved in the development of the same. Handled the complex Sampling functionality of Siebel Pharma and brought in all enhancements. Core work revolved around the Sampling enhancements only.
· Bug fixing and carrying out enhancement requests during UAT and Validation testing.
· Data Migration (LOVs, Views-Responsibilities, Predefined Queries etc.) using Load Admin Sheet provided by Siebel.
· Co-ordinated with Oracle team for various SRs raised with them for achieving User End complex functionalities.

Responsibilities: Developer & Tester
· Worked for about less than a month in testing to develop my understanding in the core sampling functionality. This Testing was done for supporting the on-shore team in initial one month of the project. It was done over the Mercury QC tool.
· Ran daily production queries on the server.
· Involved in the extensive Client team and On-site team Communication.

Managements User. The project scope was to develop a user Interface for call centre executives such that they are able handles user queries related to Pfizer products. The interface also enables functionality of developing customer relationship by managing feedback and survey.
