T. Rowe Price is implementing Salesforce enterprise wide in order to boost their Customer Relationship Management, Campaign Management, Lead Management and Sales process.  Our team is responsible to provide accurate / clean data from the legacy system (IDM) as per business requirements. Those data will be saved in Data Lake called EDH (Enterprise Data ware House) which will be consumed by Salesforce and Adobe Campaign. Daily deltas of client’s regular trading will be sync thru Heroku connect and Postgres DB. One of the biggest infrastructure projects of T. Rowe Price Inc.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating data feeds for Data Lake which is called EDH (Enterprise Data ware House) as per T. Rowe Price standard.
  • As a Salesforce Business Analyst, I was responsible to analyze Salesforce Custom Field as well as standard fields in all the objects. (Fin Serve Objects, Account Object, Contact Object, Account – Contact Object, Account – Account Object)
  • Create Matrix on number of active Business Parties with their asset and balance details to analyze volume for ETL from IDM to EDH.

The project I am working on is Salesforce CRM which divided into 5 core towers to support entire CRM like Marketing Management, Support Functions, Customer Management, Business Planning and Foundational. To simplify the approach, we have created dependency, where in every tower business and architecture will create their dependency on other core tower and with other DCs (Development Center apart from CRM Salesforce). I was involved in tracking based on assembly order list. Strategically I was involved in creating process flow for defect management, Risk Based Testing, Test Case review process and dependency tracking.

Symphony is the one of the best integrated system which helps business to generate more leads which turn into prospective business. Symphony helps even customer to manage their account online and many self-service tools. Symphony even enables City customers to have advantage using their Prime services for Margin Lending, Security Lending, Clearance and Custody of the stocks.

My Role was to manage their incident tickets data, performance data and their application availability.

 

      Worked on Citi Bank receivable & payable system starting from Loan Origination, Underwritings, Create prospects, Customer Management and so forth.
