Worked with the CoE team of VA, which is responsible in maintaining and managing the SF org.
Responsibilities:
• Involved in designing and executing functional and regression test cases for 7 applications supported by DTC team.
• Created training materials for users such as user guide, demo videos for the applications DTC supports.

Involved in Digital Revolution (deltek.com) Project. Deltek.com is the main portal of Deltek Inc from where it markets its different products and provides services to its costumer.
Responsibilities:

Transcript Services (TS), is the project I was involved in. Transcript Services has 3 different applications, TS Ordering Site, TS School Site and TO Profile. TS application main purpose is to help the user order a transcript and help the school fulfill the order and safely deliver the transcript to the recipient.
Responsibilities:
• Designed the test case template for the entire QA team, the template that is still in practice at NSC.
• Analyzed the business requirements and worked with the development team and Business analyst for understanding the detailed requirements.
• Wrote Test Plan, Test Cases after analyzing the User Stories and the requirement properly.
• As a Primary QA analyst presented the Testing Status to my lead and manager.
• Provided training to all the new contractors/full timers about the Transcript Services (TS) application.

QA Analyst
MPS is a Financial Institute based on Durango Colorado and has its extended office in Denver Colorado.
I was involved in the most important project of MPS, IHP (In-House Processing), with the help of IHP, MPS turned into a processing company. IHP was divided into three sections: Debit, Credit and MAS. This project has already run for 2 and half years and is still running. The total numbers of testers involved in this project are eight.
Responsibilities:
• Was involved in both hardware and software testing.
• Was involved in Terminal Testing where I had to test the terminal/POS device called VeriFone.
