§  Elicit customer requirements via interface analysis and direct communications (online chats) and translate into user stories as the solution’s design base requirements for the web PCB order called No-Touch PCB to bypass the engagement of sales team.

§  Collaborated with customers and the sales team on improvement of an existing web stack up planner solution for the complex HDI boards, optimized user interface and improved functionalities based on the analyzed users’ experience data which resulted in a better usability, faster accessibility to the web contents, more efficient quoting process and shorter cycle time for the file verification process which resulted in %20 increase in company’s online sales.
