Single handedly designed, built, maintained and improved an on-line, web-based tool for scheduling, enrollment, and transcript data for all Technology Group employees. This web site tracked classroom classes as well as linking to several external vendor Web Based Training (WBT) sites. Using the web tool training database, users could correlate cost data by division including per employee expenditures for in-house and external classes and provided recommendations on savings and ROI. Performed, and was recognized for, disaster recovery efforts following the 9/11 attacks

After joining the Chief Learning Office I was Responsible for the integration of worldwide training systems data into the newly developed "Merrill Lynch University" Learning Management System.
