PROFILE
I am an Information Specialist/Project Coordinator with over 14 years’ work experience in the planning and coordination of various projects which includes two BPOS/Office365 migrations, Magic to Remedy consolidation, the upgrading of XP computers to Windows 7, and the iPad Deployment for over 14 countries. I work with various work stream leads to identify and plan for the timing of the rollouts that worked in the best interest for IT and business leads.

Content Development & iPad/Application Logistical Support
· Create blended learning documentation for the enVision apps (Salesforce 1, Veeva iRep, Proposer, Vision Care Order Manager, and Medical Science Liaison).
· Create and Modularize training videos (by using Camtasia and Keynote) to assist sales rep in their training
· Created Training Courses in Articulate Storyline 360.
· Manage the Apple iOS upgrades, issue resolution, and documentation for the testing of enVision apps and qualification of the update for the sales rep.
· Guide deployment work streams on upgrade/testing of applications on iOS platforms.

Global iPad Logistics Coordinator/Support
· I created and performed a series of workshops with each country IT group, to discuss, plan, and align on the iPad deployment in their country.
· Instruct countries on deployment plan strategies, technical staging options, training requirements, and required ICE documentation.
· Track and maintain status of deployments with dashboards provided to leadership along with using MS Project 2010 to track progress, including the creation of Gantt charts.
· I worked in Visio 2010 to create and identify the business as usual process flow for new hires, legal hold, and the leaver process.
· I ran inventory reports to identify assets currently in the system compared to what is currently in stock for asset management comparison.
· Worked with various work stream leads for the overall implementation of the “enVision” global initiative involving Sales Reps, Customer Service (CS), Technical Service (TS), and clinical applications.

· Help coordinate the effort to upgrade all XP computers to Windows 7 for the LSA Region.
· Combined various data sources to prepare the list of users to upgrade to windows 7.
· Prepared and sent communications to the end user advising of their upcoming migration.

· Helped to coordinate and prepare planning of 10,000+ emails to be migrated to the Microsoft “Cloud” environment.
