I am an Information Specialist/Project Coordinator with over 14 years’ work experience in the planning and coordination of various projects which includes two BPOS/Office365 migrations, Magic to Remedy consolidation, the upgrading of XP computers to Windows 7, and the iPad Deployment for over 14 countries. I work with various work stream leads to identify and plan for the timing of the rollouts that worked in the best interest for IT and business leads.

  • Successful iPad Deployment for 14 countries for 2015 with over 1,546 iPads deployed to the salesforce.

  • At Levi Strauss and Alcon, I completed the migrations for over 10,000 mailboxes (in various time zones) migrated to the “BPOS Microsoft Cloud” environment. I used active directory and exchange manager to gather data to create various spread sheets to determine which departments and countries should migrate and when. I worked closely with various Business groups (Finance, Retail, HR, CEO organization, and Legal) to minimize user impact. With this achievement, I received the GIS Star Award – Office 365 project for Alcon.

Content Development & iPad/Application Logistical Support

·         Create blended learning documentation for the enVision apps (Salesforce 1, Veeva iRep, Proposer, Vision Care Order Manager, and Medical Science Liaison).

·         Create and Modularize training videos (by using Camtasia and Keynote) to assist sales rep in their training
