Responsible for management of projects on the global instance of the Salesforce.com Platform that relate to Sales Cloud and Partner (Communities) and Pardot. Worked in both SDLC and Agile scrum methodologies.
Key Accomplishments:
o Led the successful redesign and migration of the Partner Portal to Communities for the ESRI Partner Network team. This was my 1st project at ESRI. Quickly got up to speed, developed the trust of the team, provided leadership and delivered a solution within an aggressive timeline.
o Rolled out Salesforce1 - this required a comprehensive evaluation and roll back customizations originally implemented to support business processes.
o Served as the ERSI scrum master, working with an implementation partner to build and deliver Pardot.
o Manage cross-functional project teams (e.g. SAP, Integrations, Service Cloud, etc.) to deliver enterprise initiatives.
o Responsible for the management of day to day relationship with Salesforce (e.g. release coordination across the shared platform, SF cases, meetings, review of new features, etc.).
