Rose to the challenge of taking on several key roles as needed in start-up commercial venture created by historically editorial AP. These included:

·         Digital Asset Management - Organized the editing and  uploading of content and media across all digital channels. Managed daily various forms of digital assets and created organizational strategies within our online cloud services Digital Fusion as well as our client facing sites on Photo Shelter, plus our local servers, hard drives, our home site AP archive, tailor-made approvals galleries, and designated content daily as either hot (active) or cold (archived) for storage.

·         Production Coordination - Hired and trained photographers, editors, and runners; Crafted and supplied pre-production components such as templates, special instructions, landing pages, client viewing links, approvals galleries as well as contractor assignment agreements, and simultaneously managed numerous projects and client campaigns through post-production into completion                                                                                                                        

·         Project Management - Authored and used components in Sharepoint (planning, scheduling, prodution + documents) and Tridion SDL to update HTML files in AP's CMS platform to showcase specific events, create and maintain curated  collections, feature content, and highlight topical stories with accompanying media.  (

 

·         Licensing Reports / Paid Assignment Reports distribution - Oversaw distribution and response receipts of bi-monthly assignment reports and monthly licensing reports to hundreds of photographers and editors (payment/usage details) and consistently solved any ensuing indiscretions, discrepancies, and grievances from our vast international network of talent.
