Responsible for planning, implementing and reorganizing the Walt Disney Archives Photo Library. Scanned, ingested, catalogued and applied necessary metadata to digital assets in DAM system. Integrated new material from Publicity stills into existing photographic collections and created database guides for them to improve accessibility. Hired and supervised up to 14 interns to assist with the condensing and reorganizing of assets.
Was instrumental in all aspects of installing the Disney Treasures Exhibit at the Ronald Reagan Library.
Reorganized hundreds of thousands of negatives and compiled 3 databases into one.
Assisted in maintaining a photographic collection of over 4 million images consisting of negatives, transparencies, 35mm slides and prints.
