Ecommerce/ EDI  Project Manager        

Lead team in the delivery of  EDI/Ecommerce  projects on IBM AS/400 iseries platform.  Technical Lead in planning and integration of Inovis TLE with Oracle/JD Edwards/Oracle ERP application (Distribution/Inventory/ Financials) and order to cash process. Managed team in retailer on-boarding process which includes mapping, testing, and migration of ANSI/X12 transactions (850, 810, 856, 860, 852, 816, 820 and 832 catalog). Set up trading partner relationships, and internal cross-reference tables. Lead developers in creating detailed programming specifications for Text messaging (864), PO Change (860) and Credit/Debit (812) transactions. Oversee daily EDI procedures and communication with over 40 Trading partners and three VAN’s. Implemented custom GS-128 label changes to meet retailer requirements. Communicate and coordinate data transfers daily with internal departments and external on-shore and off-shore entities (3PL’s, vendors, retailers, trading partners). Lead implementation of both data synchronization (via 1Sync) and RFID rollout for Wal-mart.

For a major consumer products manufacturer/ distributor: Served as Team lead for EDI post implementation audit.  Project role included:  Auditing EDI/ JD Edwards Sales Order flow from inbound PO receipt through ASN and invoice processing. Created custom audit reports that identified data/ system inconsistencies. Presented findings/ recommendations to client team. Created EDI Operations Manual for user community.

For a major consumer products manufacturer/ distributor: Lead client team to develop and document a methodology for the 'Stabilization' and 'Optimization' phases of software development. Methodology included standards for several key process functions including assessment, planning, execution, communication and performance metrics.

Project role included: Analyzing current state EDI processes and Harbinger Trusted Link/ ACS integration. Defining system requirements for Trusted Link/ JD Edwards integration. Leading team in creating  ANSI/X12 maps for transactions including 850, 810, 856, 860, 852, and 832. (VICS standard). Setting up TP relationships, and internal cross reference tables. Creating detailed programming specifications for 850, 810, 856 requirements. Transferred knowledge of Trusted Link and JDE sales Order Processing system to client and AS/400 programming team.

For a global consumer electronics manufacturer/distributor: Served as team member on JDE software implementation team. Project role included System Requirements Analysis (SRA), creating Sales Order processing and Inventory Management testing scenarios for Conference Room Pilot, identifying concerns by functional area with respect to global and local implementations and implementing EDI. 

For a major natural gas and utilities company: Served on team that conducted System Requirements Analysis (SRA) for future state JD Edwards Utilities Customer Information System (UCIS). Role included identifying and assigning priority to a significant number of modifications and enhancements to existing system functionality to accommodate business process changes (due to utilities industry de-regulation).

For a worldwide precision instrument manufacturer and distributor: Served as JDE implementation team member. Role included Identifying and addressing areas of concern within Sales Order Processing/ Inventory Management functionality during post implementation phase.
