Accomplishments

Mid-size Application Projects:

o    Learning Management Systems relocation to McK IT DC; migrating BU LMS customer facing web site and back end SQL database servers to McK IT DC including UAT, Database migration planning, testing and migration to Dev/Test and Production, GO Live and ELS. McKesson Pharmacy and automation business unit owned LMS. This application needed to be upgraded and migrated to McKesson Corporate IT, Data Centre and supported.

o    Third Party Credits in SAP FI-AP Posting to automate the manual EDI posting process in customer invoicing using the agile methodology during execution with 3 week sprints to cover Design, Development, and transition to Development/QA and Test environments prior to Production Go Live. Goal was to on-board 100 suppliers to the automated EDI posting process. Facilitated Design workshops in phases to cover SAP FI, Promo Accounting, Third party credits, Dropship and E2E EDI with business users. Document Build; Perform Unit, Integration, and Regression Testing. Support Process Owners in UAT definition and execution, UAT Test, Pilot and Release

o    SAP Sales feed to GPS for Supplier Rebate: Sales feed also includes other information such as Pharma Distribution Centre number, sales and invoice details; program type etc, Project to ensure GPS should be able to provide the rebate for sales coming out from either DCs.

o    Migrating financials of all MSH BU’s from Corporate SAP to Specialty SAP. This included automating the intercompany processing and master data synchronization between C-SAP and S-SAP.

Technical Projects:

o    Lead a large Disaster Recovery Project for Business Warehouse (BW) and SAP Process Orchestration, as they are critical operational dependencies for Supplier Management application, as well as the Financial Charge backs, business process and numerous other Generics applications/processes. Worked with Delivery Leads to build and get the environment stood up, worked with Solution Management on the Project Proposal, Cost/Budget planning & tracking (Hours & Dollars), project meeting cadence, project communication, Project Testing (UAT & Demo) and preparation and migration plan for Go Live.

o    SAP Process Orchestration to provide Process Integration (PI), Business Process Monitoring (BPM) and Enterprise Services Repository to include production, test, QA and development servers. o    Add Supplier Portal application to Disaster Recovery to avoid impact to suppliers. Review requirements, sign off on scope, build DR environment, involve, application test scope, review and approve test plans, lead the DR unit test.

o    McAfee Email upgrade Project: to upgrade the Email McAfee Appliances.

o    Transition US Oncology Web Traffic to IT Data Centre: Provide internet access (Outbound, inbound traffic, network security protocols, IP addressing, anomaly detection, proxy licensing and firewall services).
