Description: The BMW Group Information Technology Research Center is part of BMW’s regional investment and  The overall objective of Regional Data Lake strategy (Big Data Strategy) is to provision as much business data into the regional data lake as possible.Sales and Warranty related data currently sit on Oracle and DB2 that we need to migrate on Data Lake using Sqoop.Spark,Talend(ETL Tool). Vehicle Inventory process that creates a mechanism for real time data that will be available to specific approved 3rd party vendors who support various BMW and MINI dealers DMS,CRM, Desking systems, and/or Dealer Inventory web sites. This data must include information from the Vehicle Inquiry (VI), Dealer Availability Report (DAR), Ordering Guide—Internal (Automotive Sales Document), and Specialty Demo without Customer. It must also include all the vehicle options, packages, port installed accessories, wholesale pricing, MSRP pricing, and rooftop locations of all dealers.

Responsibilities:
