Bemis Company, Inc. is a global manufacturer of flexible packaging products and pressure sensitive materials. It films for packaging products and adhesive materials distributed worldwide. The project here is on revenue management where extraction of data from multiple systems is involved. Extracting data from RDBMS and flat files and import into Vendavo software. Holding the related data of dairy, material plant, and transaction segments is included. Conversion of data through SAP in order to migrate Bemis plant’s organization data from existing legacy.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

·         Analyzed business requirements with business analyst to develop ETL procedures that are consistent across all systems.

·         Involved in data modeling for SQL Server databases to store data retrieved from flat files.

·         Normalized and De-normalized flat files and loaded them in SQL server.

·         Created mappings/sessions and workflows for using Informatica version 9.5.

Project Description: Warner Chilcott is now an Actavis. It is a globally recognized pharmaceutical company. The project was on the segments of Gastroenterology, Women’s healthcare, Dermatology, and Urology segments of North American and Western European pharmaceutical markets. It was about extracting the data from multiple source systems using Informatica Power Center, performing conversions, and loading the data into Armour Data Warehouse. It was also about creating a new data warehouse that can store the pharmaceutical data of sales, insurance, doctors, sessions, meetings and many more.

Responsibilities

·         Worked with business analysts to identify appropriate sources for data warehouse and prepared the Business Release Documents, documented business rules, functional and technical designs, test cases, and user guides.
