Allow me to take a moment to introduce myself. Over the past thirty-five plus working years I spent 29 working in the food service industry. Approximately ten years ago I combined my passion for the culinary arts with media. My goal was to enhance the lives of the disabled through the culinary world. Since I have begun, I have written several books. My second A Complete Illustrated guide to cooking with arthritis was my most popular as it is a self-help book. I created a very popular online cookbook app for Genentech pharmaceutical with CDMI. While traveling across Canada respecting Edelman Advertising I quickly realized my message was impacting millions in a positive way. This helped me see the need for this program in the United States appearing on many national television shows and networks. Each Show demonstrated how to prepare meals while suffering from arthritis, chronic pain or injury using other parts of the body other than just the hands, as well as items found in the home revamped for ease of use. Most all of my speaking events addressed this same topic. I have starred in original health video series for PHARMA Pharmaceuticals, CDMI FOR Genentech Pharmaceuticals, HEALTHINATION, FOX TV and many more. My talents landed me a spot on the Food Networks Ultimate recipe showdown and in the spotlight again on the top ten lists for news stories in popular newspapers as seen in The Laker. I have dedicated my life to the love of food and helping others. I have achieved this by creating new and flavorful recipes daily. People and food are my love but baking is my passion.
