§  Implemented the attendance module for the Abbott Nutrition locations including discovery of policies such as occurrence based, the type of tracking periods such as rolling 365 days, and best practice of historical data. Programming of the necessary building blocks including exceptions events, punch events, pay code based events, patterns, actions, perfect attendance, and attendance profiles. Created the necessary interfaces via WIM to import historical data in addition to the daily employee interface between COBOL to Kronos Oracle v11 DB. Provided knowledge transfer to management and payroll staff.
