ERP Transformation Architecture &Application Integration               12/2013 – 12/2014

• Responsible for Definition/Communication/Governance of IT Architecture for the Unity ERP Convergence Program ($1.2 Billion) on the SAP Platform. Responsible for the Organization Design, recruitment, development of the Architecture team.
