Through contracting companies (Penta Consulting & SBM).

Project Control Manager - PMO (for Telecom/IT Infrastructure Construction, OSP/GPON);

• Managed the Engineering/Design phase of the Aramco “Shaybah Permanent Communication” (SPC) project. Budget +$120M’s. & the OSP/GPON Infrastructure Construction activities.
• Aramco is the Saudi Gas & Oil comp, and Shaybah is the largest crude oil production site in KSA.
• SPC project was planned to develop the permanent top telecom technology infrastructure. It involves OSP (FOC) backbone, Structured Cabling System, Data/WAN, IP-Telephony, Video Conferencing, Digital Voice Alerting System…etc.
• Managed the interface with many construction subcontractors including Samsung and some local Saudi comps, and having the project under full control.
• Managed all related project documents, processes, & communication through the (IMDB/CIMS).

2007 – 2011                STC/ Mobily, KSA

Through subcontractors (Norconsult, Trans Telecoms, & Waseela).

Sr. Project & Operation Manager- PM/Consultant, Data Engineering;

• Managed the ADSL, IPTV, Wireless Internet, NGN/Triple Play migration, Managed Services, WiMax NOC, ACRs, Core & Access, and external vendor relations.
• Managed more than 300 Technicians, Supervisors, Site Managers, & PMs.
• Lead the Operation matrix team, focusing on operations efficiency & strong team relations by team feedback, coordination, integration, and excellent conflict management.
• Managed the annual RFPs for the IP-MPLS/GPON Net, coordination of the business relations between STC & vendors such as (Huawei, Alcatel, Ericsson, Juniper, Cisco..etc).
• Managed the core infrastructure expansion included the NGN IP/MPLS Cisco & ATM Nortel Core Networks, and Juniper & Access equipment, BRASs, MSANs & IP-DSLAMs.

Lab Manager & Sr. Data Product Engineer (Marketing & Data Engineering Depts);

• Managed the “NGN/Triple Play” Lab expansion project for the IP-MPLS Metro Core Network (MCN), (for LTE/HSPA Readiness).
• Managed all MCN/GPON activities/projects with all related parties & vendors such as (Huawei, Ericsson, Alcatel, Juniper, Cisco, HP ..etc), and Internal Etisalat Depts.
• Designed the development of Etisalat Data Services such as IP-VPN, MPLS, ATM, FR, Ethernet, SLA, Managed Services, Internet over ATM, Leased Circuits…etc.
• Lead launching many services & RFP’s that attracted Hundreds of major customers generating Millions of US$ as profit to the company, included all related ISO certified procedures.
• Conducted Training and Presentations for staff & customers at Etisalat Academy.

1995 – 2001                NORTEL NETWORKS, USA & Canada

Lab Manager & Sr. Sales/Systems Engineer (Sales & Systems Engineering Depts);

• Managed the Sales Engineering Lab, Core and access switches, Passport, UE’s, Shasta..etc. . 
• Supported Network Solutions such as Succession, Carriers, and Enterprises.
• Designed building demos & lab trials and interacted with customers, internals & externals, and presented Nortel’s Network Solutions, Services, and Products.
