• Provided Transition / Transformation Program Management for the migration of 2 data centers (400+ servers in McKinney, TX and 100+ servers in Piscataway, NJ, mostly virtual servers), to 2 other Data Centers (Meridian, CO, for development/test and Cheyenne, WY, for production).  Scope included transformation of all applications and data currently running on AS/400, DEC Alpha/VAX, Fujitsu, Sun and AIX server hardware and software to new platforms based on VMware, Windows 2008, and either Solaris or Red Hat Linux.
