IT Project Lead

§  Logistics PM lead for Americas region for on-boarding the Aruba networking business.  Agile approach to drive quick results and feedback.  Process analysis, LE configuration, development and interfacing with business leads to drive design requirements and problem resolution.

§  Responsible for delivering a side-car approach utilizing DMIS and SLT from the Americas regional SAP system to provide highly optimized Hana-enabled tables.  Modified the target Hana tables through advanced replication settings to filter the table row triggers updated from SAP into Hana.  Allowed for a significant reduction of runtimes for long-running reports.    

§  Team member involved with problem ticket reduction/resolution within the global supply chain IT support group.  Example: migration of existing highly customized inter-company billing process in Europe to a more vanilla SAP functionality.  Minimization of impacts across multiple European countries required a phased implementation approach.

§  Americas Technical Lead to enable company split for HP between the enterprise server/software division and the printer/PC division.  Responsible for client creation strategy, data migration, application changes, DB sizing and resource management.  Identified tools that would facilitate the split of the two companies with minimal business disruption. Company separation was a high visibility project. Responsible for driving the go-forward business separation, cost savings and revenue growth. 

§  SAP system upgrade from 4.6C to ECC 6.0. Leadership Role: responsible for both the technical and functional requirements, configuration and development in the Logistics Execution space.  ECC Upgrades performed on each of the regional SAP instances (AMS, EMEA & APJ)

§  Responsible for plan development to perform UNIX and oracle upgrades from 10g to 11g.  Implemented business benefits tied to improved data mining performance and business intelligence queries to help reduce cost.  Responsible for migrating supply chain IT assets from Oracle to SQL Server 2008.  Core understanding and analysis of existing systems running in Oracle, closely collaborating with business users to assess impacts and provide appropriate change management processes as needed.

Lead Supply Chain IT Operations Analyst

§  Long term assignment in Germany working on a new billing system for the HP/Leasing division. Focus was placed on defining business test cases, user training and ensuring that the quality and accuracy of the customized system was acceptable.

§  SAP migration to 4.6C from non-SAP ERP system.  Responsible for both interface and data conversion design requirements from the existing enterprise system to the go-forward SAP system.  Utilized SAP fast path migration methodology.  Completed system migration was delivered meeting project charter requirements and timeline.

§  Created and defined requirements for the PL/SQL stored procedure objects, which loaded a Data Store for material tracking via a Brio Data Warehouse reporting toolset.

§  Responsible for both the technical review and recommendation to management of packaged Enterprise systems.

Created and presented a detailed product analysis report to HP management.
