Develop the Perl based application Telephony Number Management for managing internal numbers for users in cisco
Develop the Java Plugin to provision the services in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager) using AXL.
Develop the provisioning agent to provision the services in Cisco Spark using REST API.

Primary goal of the program is to upgrade EIR infrastructure to Cisco Enterprise Linux 6(CEL6) Operating system as the current operating system has reached end of life and is unsupported. So need to migrate the application from CEL5 to CEL6.
Had a responsibility of application to work on new operating system Cisco Enterprise Linux 6(CEL6) with latest perl version and new apache version.
Used RPM (RPM Package Manager) for packaging the application which is used to build,install,verify and upgrade the software packages in new Linux 6 environment.

Get the Weekly report for recurring incident for Production issues and assign a task in Jira to fix and improve the service by reducing case count.

· Oncall Support
Oncall Support for P1/P2 Applications in Cisco Enterprise monitor which is used to monitor the entire application in cisco.

Responsibilities:
Lead the support team , development team and guide them in technical solution in resolving the issues.
Get the weekly report from support team for incident manangement and based on report will plan in creating task for upcoming release.
Act as scrum master by leading RTB(Run the Business) development team , assign the task to development team and deliver the project by monthly sprint cycle.
Development ,maintainance and enhancement of Voice Essential service in eStore Service Catalog.
