Supervisor, Kronos Application Systems
· Technical Lead and Manage Project for Kronos 7.0 implementation from I-Series to Kronos WFC 7.0 to all North America factories international also including Canada and Mexico. The implementation is a new project to include new Windows platform environment.
· Manage the project and team members providing mentoring, cross-training, and ongoing structure needed for a solid responsive team.

· Lead financial decisions which will impact bottom line cost savings such as: Process and designs which can be implemented as immediate cost savings as well future. Utilization of internal resources versus consultants where knowledge stays in-house as well cost savings associated.

Lead System Analyst
· Provide Kronos support to over 1300 stores, corporate users, and distribution users. This support is on-call rotation to include utilizing Service Now (Service Management Solution Software). Approximately 98% of helpdesk tickets are turned around within 24 hours. Kronos module support includes: Timekeeping, Labor Scheduling, Analytics, Kronos Record Manager, Workforce Device Manager (WDM), Workforce Integration Manager, and Next Generation User Interface (NGUI).
· Responsible for working with business teams in providing quarterly business releases which includes configuration of pay policies (pay rules, work rules, holidays, pay codes, schedule rule sets, forecast configuration, genies, access profiles, WIM interface updates fix/breaks, business data analysis, and new functionality as needed. Create test plans and test cases for functional testing.
· Kronos Maintenance: Installation of Service Pack, Upgrades (3.1, 4.3, 6.1), Transaction Assistance, and End of Year Processes (holidays, reorganization, etc.)
· Lead and implemented Kronos Record Manager project in 2013 to include configuration of retention policies to help ease the ongoing data growth and provide better database performance. This archive implementation reduced database 40% from existing 740G.
· Manage WDM support with over 1400, 4500 model clocks with current implementation for use of soft clock.
· Create procedural documentation for application support, best practices, knowledge transfer, and training.
Kronos Application Services and Backoffice Manager
· Forecasting, developing, and implementing organization initiatives

· Develop proposal and business case to secure multi-million dollar funding for implementing Kronos to 7000 stores
· Supervises and hands on manages the Kronos production support team from a daily operations and project implementation level. Involved from analyzing, business requirement gathering, planning, and deploying solutions in support of corporate strategies and business initiatives. Responsible for project objectives and planning, change management, technology integration, issues/resolution, road map planning, timeline management, and over 3 million dollar project budget.
· Utilize SDLC and Agile methodology
· Proficient in communicating technical requirements in a non-technical way which business users can understand
· Work hand in hand with Solution Delivery team to be the technical liaison for the business to guide business requirements, deadline dates, and understanding of technology focus.
· Provide security risks analysis, planning, and implementation for SOX applications.
· Responsible for technical issues and resolution to project and operations production support. Proactive planning to ensure stability of application for over 7000 stores. Kronos implementations includes hardware builds for multiple environments, software install and custom configuration, HRMS interfacing, and application configuration (pay rule, work rules, security, clock terminals DCM/WDM (480 and 4500), Connect/WIM interfaces, etc.) for Kronos Timekeeping, Labor Scheduling and Record Manager modules.
· Perform maintenance on multiple environments in a vertically scaled environment including: service packs, patching O/S and Application, F5 Load Balancer and Network, JBOSS, and monitoring configuration.
· Create procedural documentation for application support, best practices, knowledge transfer, and training.
· Supervises and manage the daily operations and activities of Back Office Support group of Onsite and Offshore employees. Coordinating end-user requests for change management, reported incidents, migrations from dev/ test/ /production, and managing application releases. Applications include: Kronos, RELM, Merit (Attendance Tracking), Identipass, Identity Manager, IKON, Confluence, Web Apps, etc.
· Provide support for over 30 applications providing Tier 2, 3, and 4th level application support which includes: Security setup, Monthly server maintenance activities, Upgrades and Patching, Escalated incidents, Requests for change and application upgrade strategy.
· Create procedural documentation for each application which includes: Application Support , Disaster Recovery and OLA.
· Created bi-weekly team training for application cross training and additional group training sessions
