He is responsible for integrating the solution with existing systems, and building a standardized process to helping the business migrate content to the new platform and utilize the tool. ·         Responsible for As-is data analysis, data rationalization, identification of gaps, modelling decision tables, developing current processes, relationship maps, documenting sub-processes before the re-design, identifying disconnects, building should maps, and finally efficient To-Be processes after stakeholder review, requirements and facilitation.

Waterfall methodology was used for the development of BOP product, whereas Agile Scrum methodology is being used for the development of TPP. His responsibilities include:
