Description: Capital One Financial Corp. is a U.S. based bank holding company specializing in credit cards, home loans, auto loans, banking, and savings products. The credit cards line of business is a separate business function that manages a portfolio Partnership cards which are predominantly white labelled cards of retail merchants and commercial cards portfolio. This business function is being managed on a platform containing 80 applications. The scope of the project is to support, maintain and enhance these 80 applications and in addition managing the conversion of new portfolios contracted under this portfolio and adding new functionalities to the applications.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirement gathering and analysis phase of the project in documenting the business requirements by conducting workshops/meetings with various business users.
• Conduct regular technical and functional workshops/meetings to walkthrough the understanding of the requirements to client business and IT community and identify the gaps and bridge them with by providing appropriate solutions for implementation
• Prepare Estimation, Project Plan, Low level design, Unit test, System Test plans.

The scope of this project is to send the data from one Mainframe to another Mainframe, Key elements are De conversion of data and Interfaces setup with the new infrastructure, Analysis of existing system, Data Cut, Data mapping activities followed by Trailing activities.

Description: GTS is the Global Transaction System which supports the Commercial Cards Business for Citi Bank. Commercial cards is a platform which can support Commercial cards in all the regions ASPAC, LATAM and WE. CTS CC interacts with different interfaces like ACRS/NAS/ACWS/REWARDS/FLEXCUBE/CCF/DIRECT DEBIT/EMBOSSING/AFEWS to provide the complete end to end solution to the customer.

ECMS BAU Support for GTS CC across the 3 regions. The support includes Development, Unit Testing, SIT, UAT (batches/Issues) and Production Implementation of the New Work Orders (NWO) which will be divided among the three major releases every year. The NWOs includes major changes like Posting, Direct Debit, New country launches and also custom functionalities of CITI.

Fiserv Credit processing services has VISION PLUS license for providing card processing services to clients such as Banks, Credit Unions and other financial services entities as well as for retailers in North America (USA, Canada and Mexico). Most of the clients have V+ implemented independent of each other. Meaning, there's one implementation of V+ running for each client. (Including the old 2.5 to the latest 8.23). Fiserv BAU1 Project is an initiative of Fiserv to outsource the compliance and Maintenance projects to Vision and also other enhancements done by Fiserv as per the specific requirements of their clients. Involved in developing these enhancements like Reg Z projects (related to Credit CARD Act of 2009 legislation section 104 projects), Statement reconciling procedures, Death benefit process changes.
