Description: Capital One Financial Corp. is a U.S. based bank holding company specializing in credit cards, home loans, auto loans, banking, and savings products. The credit cards line of business is a separate business function that manages a portfolio Partnership cards which are predominantly white labelled cards of retail merchants and commercial cards portfolio. This business function is being managed on a platform containing 80 applications. The scope of the project is to support, maintain and enhance these 80 applications and in addition managing the conversion of new portfolios contracted under this portfolio and adding new functionalities to the applications.

ECMS BAU Support for GTS CC across the 3 regions. Most of the clients have V+ implemented independent of each other. Meaning, there's one implementation of V+ running for each client. (Including the old 2.5 to the latest 8.23). Fiserv BAU1 Project is an initiative of Fiserv to outsource the compliance and Maintenance projects to Vision and also other enhancements done by Fiserv as per the specific requirements of their clients. Involved in developing these enhancements like Reg Z projects (related to Credit CARD Act of 2009 legislation section 104 projects), Statement reconciling procedures, Death benefit process changes.
