To initiate legal course of action, BU requires the list of e-recorded and satisfaction loans which are available in the application, without any manual intervention. Implementing this project allowed BU to get the required information in form of report files generated through application.

The Year End Processing creates Year End Reports, such as Year End Update, History Continuity, and tax Forms such as Form-1098 , 1099- INT, 1099-A/C, 1099-A, 1099-C and 1099-MISC . The resulting file from above forms is sent to Allison Payment Systems, LLC (Allison), a third-party printing and distribution provider or to the provider selected by the organization for printing and mailing to customers. The 1099-MISC forms are used to report payments to vendors. References throughout this document are more specific to Internal Revenue Service (IRS) reporting related to borrowers and loans. Once the borrowers receive their forms, it will begin to receive requests for reprints and corrections. Year End Update menu option to view the annual breakdown of items such as principal paid, interest paid, and interest on escrow earned. The output tape file is transmitted via FTP to IRS.
