·         Redesigned the Vantive application to obtain online quote from SAP for a service request and to create the service order on line. This enabled each customer to track the status of his/her maintenance order.

·         Developed the front-end screen using VC++, these application screens are downloaded to Windows CE based hand held computers.

·         Developed Oracle based Stored Procedures and Proc *C codes to process the data obtained after inspection.
