· Tasked to customize Vantive CRM to automate functionalities across different business processes, such as Customer Services, QA, Returned Goods, Medical Device Reporting.
· Integrated Vantive CRM with Barcode printer and Barcode scanner, so that, it could keep track of each product returned.
