Middleware Engineer .
This project aims to Support and enhance Oracle CEO Portal application for Wholesale CEO Portal customers for Wells Fargo Company.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for production support of mission critical Web, Java and J2EE applications running on Weblogic and Apache Tomcat.
· Installed Weblogic server 10.3 and 12.x and created clustered Weblogic server instances according to requirements. Installed Oracle Portal on weblogic server.
· Worked with Jenkins and Anthill Pro as part of the automated deployment process for deploying EARs to various environments like Development, Test, Prod Fix and Production.
· Worked with IBM Tealeaf and Silvertail Forensic tool to identify the theft and fraud transactions.
· Setup and configured SSL on app servers from using Keytool. Analyzing the TCP/IP packets using TCPdump.
· Installed and Configured Apache Tomcat 7.0.
· Updated JDK versions and applied patches on Weblogic Server.

This project aims to making general insurance services accessible to the citizens of USA, HCC continues to play a catalyst’s role in reaching general insurance services. The implementation of Oracle Portal, Weblogic 10.3.x, OAM 11g, and Oracle database 11g enterprise edition and other stake holders.
Responsibilities:
· Installed, configured and administered web logic server 10.3.6 and Oracle portal.
· Upgraded of WebLogic servers in Dev, UAT, QA and Pre-Prod and production environments
· Deployment of the code in UAT, QA, Pre-Prod and Prod clustered environments.

This project aims to customize Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing 2.3.1 application for customer service and billing process of the Electric Utility Company.
Responsibilities:
· Experience in Oracle CC&B 2.3.1 Administration. CC&B is customized using Java and J2EE.
· Set up the Development and Test and Production Environments on Tomcat and Weblogic.
· Performed Environment management and Release deployment activities.
· Setup the migration environment to test and perform the data migration.
· Setup the production in a clustered environment and tuned the parameters for the CCB, XAI and Batch instances.
· Installed SOA and OSB and performed deployments.
· Performance tuning of the Data Migration Batch jobs.
· Applying CC&B application, framework and WebLogic patches.
· Create and configure XAI inbound/outbound web services.
· Search for Oracle knowledge for any application issues and Opening Oracle SR’s.

Oracle CC&B & MDM 2.3.1 Due Diligence
This project aims to investigate the existing setup of CC&B and MDM at NDMC (New Delhi Municipal Corporation) and provide the gap analysis to complete implementation of CC&B and MDM.
Responsibilities:
· Studied the existing H/W sizing of CCB, BI-Publisher and MDM with the information on the number of customers and concurrent users and provided the gap analysis.
· Studied the existing data migration procedure of CC&B and the migration setup to move the legacy data into the production and provided the gap analysis.
Project: Sprint Jun 2007- Jul 2010
Provided operational support for a major US telecom company's production Oracle data warehouse. Managed six members team, monitoring the database jobs on Unix productions servers and ensure that the jobs are up.
Responsibilities:
· Monitor the database jobs using the Control-M, Autosys, TOAD & Putty tools and ensure that the jobs are running as per schedule.
· Monitor alert log files and kill unwanted user sessions or processes.
· Do the root cause analysis for the failed database jobs. Transferring the files using FTP and SFTP.
· Writing SQL queries to monitor the jobs from TOAD and to check the data.
· Analyze and understand the PL/SQL code written in KSH files and resolve the issues accordingly
· Check the log files of the SLA/Critical jobs periodically and ensure that the jobs are up.
