Career Objective: seeking a position IT as a .Net Developer which would allow me to contribute to the success of an organization through the knowledge and experience that I have gained such as improve the existing applications and develop new software solutions, enhance my programming and analytical skills.

●        Diploma degree in Computer Science (3rd Honor)-King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) in 2005.

Applications: there are some software I had worked on them:

●       MS SharePoint (ShareK) application owned by ARAMCO.

●       SAP e-recruitment system 

●       MagNet developed by Alcatel-Lucent.

Environment Tools: Visual Studio (2005 - 2017), MS SQL server (2000-2014), Crystal Reports builder and MS office (2003 - 2017).

Projects: Successfully created the following:

1.       Real Estate system Part-Time (2014-2016) is a web application gives management tool that helps all real estate offices who has a profile to control their real estates and properties, also it’s integrated with Ministry of the Interior’s DataBase through web service. Currently there are 300+ offices connected in this application. Languages used are ASP.NET VB, ADO.NET, MS SQL 2012 (store procedures, triggers and views), JQuery and bootstrap.  

2.       Salon system Part-Time (2017) is a web application that gives scheduling control and store management to salons. It has been built with front end HTML, bootstrap, Jquery, MS SQL 2018 (store procedures, triggers and views) and ASP.NET C# for API that’s used to connect mobile applications

Employment:

●       From Dec-2013 April-2018: ARAMCO/SRACO - Staffing & Services Department -
System Programmer I (SMPCAD) - (Dhahran, KSA):

○        Troubleshooting/analysis issues:
Working with system support team on SAP to resolve and troubleshoot all problems related to recruitment and administration system of contractors’ employee in Aramco.

○        Tracking Requisitions system for workshops:
Developed (6 months) this system from scratch to track all requisitions in SMPCAD within several workshops at the same time. I used ASP.NET v4.5 with LINQ and SignalR, with complicated JavaScript functions.

○        Front End Developer:
I used to create HTML pages linked with SharePoint lists by SPservice JS library, jQuery and Bootstrap. 

■        Operational Excellence Dashboard:
Developed dashboard for OE processes to show the gap of each one in order to close and update the main system. This dashboard developed based on shareK (SharePoint) using HTML pages along with JavaScript libraries.

■        ShareK (SharePoint) Enhancement:
Developed (html + jQuery) pages for SMPCAD help two units (Recruitment and Mobilization) to work with shareK interface and make the interface user friendly. Pages related to management reports, dashboard and updating information for SMPCAD requisitions. This enhancement used SPservice (jQuery library) to deal with SharePoint lists and functions.

○        Enhancing SAP E-Recruitment:
Involved in enhancing the process of SAP system to be more efficient and covering all activities in real process.

○        Analyze a Standalone System:
I collect the requirements and analyze it to create system that will be used by computer support group and CSL of the department. The system will show them a dashboard that helps to organize their daily tasks by connecting to active directory. Also, it can be configured to send notifications automatically (weekly, monthly and quarterly). Assets of the department also can be collect its information and managed it by CSL.

●       From Aug-2008 to Oct-2013: ALCATEL- LUCENT –
Database administrator and programmer (PMIS)–(Khobar, KSA): telecommunication company that built and developed the mobile telecom infrastructure for Mobily carrier.

○        Administrator for MagNet software:
Data managing, building database with interfaces and reports regarding to internal departments requirement using C# code in MagNet (developed by alcatel-lucent).

○        Programming reports in Excel:
modify data and formatting the reports by writing VBA code as templates then can be used in MagNet to export reports have well formating (after run the VBA code).

●       From 12/2006 to 8/2008: King Fahad university of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) - Telecommunications department- (Dhahran, KSA)

○        Help desk technical support:
Administrator & help desk technical support for the Access Control System (Smart-Card System) operated by graphical management system from PACOM.

○        Website developer and troubleshooter:
Track, maintain & modify the IT department website (ASP & and connected to MS-SQL Database server).
Developed a web attendance project integrated with smart-card database

●       From 10/2005 to 11/2006: AL-MAJDOUIE- Information Technology Department (Dammam, KSA)

○        Oracle Programmer & Analyst:
Responsible for analysis, design, users support & development & customization for the Transportation Module (EMIS) for Al Majdouie’s Logistic and Transportation department.

○        ECM Supporter:
Trained to handle this application-more than one module (HR, business trips, vacations, E-filling…).

Languages:     Fluent in both Arabic and English reading, writing and communicating.
