Role: NatGas/LNG Development Team Lead/ Solution Architect

Key job responsibilities: GSAT /LNG Team Projects/Changes Priorities by

·         Responsible for development and delivery of Changes and projects for globally (London, Singapore, Perth, and Houston) in the Gas and LNG trading space. Analyze and define business strategy and determine requirements to achieve the goals.

·         Lead IT team (Change BA’s/Developers) on day to day operations/changes, critical Trading system Upgrades, Disaster Recovery Plans and conducted critical Root Cause Analysis meeting with stakeholders to identify the gaps and implemented solutions (Run book documentation/Training/Operations enhancements).

·         Partnered with NG/LNG Business Managers/Users, Vendors (Open Link/Sapient/Accenture), and Key leaders to discuss the IT/Product Road map related to projects, support and changes and seek or provide feedback and direction.

·         Lead the GSAT IT team on Trading Product Upgrades (Open Link V10 to 14) includes critical items like RTP to APM conversion, AVS scripts to OpenJVS and OpenComponents.

·         Designed and Implemented  In-house Netback Product using .NET (WCF,WPF) to calculate Netback Price for Owned and Controlled Gas that used to establish settlement value between Chevron and 3^rd Party companies (Royalty and Tax purposes).

·         Designed and developed Compliance Application POC for UK Regulatory reporting requirements for the UK business on all reportable transactions from Trading Systems and send to ICE Trade Vault.

·         Partnered with business to identify critical time taking NG/LNG business support processes verifications (Contracts/Cargo Tracking, etc) to automate those process into RPA by partnering with COE (Center Of Excellence) Team and Vendors (Sapient) to conduct POC, Governance Model  for Projects, Development  and Support to a scalable and sustainable Model to reduce costs and manual intervention.

·         Designed and Implemented BI tools for critical trading management reports and provided direction to analysts to assure design integrity where changes impact multiple applications.

·         Implemented NG/LNG IT Development /Projects to Agile methodologies from legacy waterfall model and increased the support productivity and partnered with operations team for development migrations by enhancing DevOps tools (Jenkins) to improve the current IT deployment Model.

This Project involves upgrading existing Chevron Right Angle PowerBuilder Trading System into new

Solarc RightAngle.NET System and provide Architectural and technical solutions and enhance the system to other business Areas.

Responsibilities: Solution Architect /Development Lead                                            

·         Leading technical team for Go-Live on this new.Net trading system (RightAngle.NET) and worked solely with the vendor (Solarc) in the Process of installation and implementation.

·         Designed and implemented new Business Rule Framework using C# (Rule Management) that handles all trading business rules and configure automatically by End Users.

·         Designed and Implemented MPA(Market Price Aggregator) Service using WCF  which handles Global View Pricing gets loaded into Trading System(Right Angle).

• Implemented SSO Framework using XAML for best practices to systems security for all critical Trading systems for best practices and appropriate rights management.
• Lead  level support for Critical  applications as needed to support daily operations.

·         Designed and implemented new Trading Deployment framework using ASP.NET /MVC 3.0 using C#   that handles all trading projects migrations automatically.
