Facilitate company procedures and policies for migrating customers to WorldCom Frame Relay. Perform all related managerial duties including Project Management, staffing, departmental budgets and planning. Administrative duties include conducting presentations, writing business justifications, project management, implemented corporate procedures and interviewed prospective new candidates.

Accomplishment Include:

-          Hands on network designing, implementing, engineering, configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers for clients network which are being migrated to  Frame Relay on Cisco routers.

-          Department saved  $2M from original budget of $12.4M upon fully migrating customers to WorldCom Frame during

        four years (1999-2003)

-      Created documentation outlining the policies for the transitioning of new technology from Architecture to Operations as

       well as Network Management.
