·         Directed responsible work groups on the day to day Airside, Groundside, ATC, ARFF, Terminal Operations at the airport while on duty.

·         The role ensures that facilities and support systems are appropriately maintained and functioning properly to avoid any interruption to our Internal Airfield Customers and Air Carrier users.  To insure proper communication of any outages or potential delays are disbursed to all airport vendors and required operational groups in a prompt and efficient manner

·         Directed, Identified and initiated a foundation for Station expansion and pending growth within the YMM Community.

·         Established and Leveraged individual departments to better manage the business with a goal to improve efficiencies to enhance the operation.   Insure optimal customer service and in turn achieve maximum revenue to services delivered.

·         Managed and created efficiencies within a commercial aircraft operation alongside a restricted FBO apron.  Managed these changes in a safe and effective manner for the security and safety of all aircraft, passenger, and employee’s utilizing the respective functional area of the apron assigned.

·         Seek and secure other opportunities within the region,  align and partner with the Airport Authorities vision

·         Renovated the administrative department to better place controls under and administer the invoice/billing process on the ground handling / fuel / hanger / property rental space pieces of the business

·         Prepare the station budget.

·         Grew the business and the base from 22 employees to 65 employees over 15 months to improve the station commitment to the community and to the area oil companies that required improved service.  Implemented a strategic organizational structure to better position ourselves to maintain, manage and secure future contract opportunities.

·         Increased the bottom line and provided a station profitability report that was 827% over the previous year.  These were achieved through additional contracts, improved services, improvements on the billing cycles and capturing revenues that had not been tapped previous.  In addition there were some creative added value services that were implemented to capture and provide additional revenues

·         Implemented a GSE program improving equipment quality, reducing equipment down time and reducing outsourcing requirements.   Initiated a GSE cost cutting program resulting in a self-sufficient GSE operation utilizing resources and manpower already in house.

·         Expanded the Ground Fueling Operation and vehicle inventory and placed improved efficiencies at the Fuel farm to meet the increased air traffic and demand in the region and implement an improved and safer process of distribution.

·         Successfully captured and secured the largest commercial airline contract in the company’s history

(AIR CANADA).   This was the largest ground handling contract up for RFQ by this carrier.

·         Built relationships within the Airport Authority Leadership and within the RMWB community

·         Improved overall Workforce Terminal Operations thru building solid relationships with ConocoPhillips and SUNCOR Management teams.  Thus to insure immediate resolution and creative approaches in our delivery of our ground handling and passenger experience.  This allowed for quick adjustments which ultimately improved the overall performance and on time aspects of the charter flight operation.

·         Initiated and developed programs in order to raise the bar on the overall stations external Customer Service metrics.  Building a communication system that allowed resources to be effectively utilized in peak areas.

·         Improved upon and initiated a Station Safety Initiative that touched every employee.  Facilitated an increased level of training to better prepare my Management and Supervisory personnel for the increased growth of the operation.
