Description: Oracle RMB has the same data model as Oracle CC&B. Oracle RMB is a modern billing application for banking, insurance and Healthcare verticals. Although this was an Oracle RMB project, I leveraged my prior Oracle CC&B expertise to perform my testing responsibilities for the project. Oracle RMB (Revenue Management and Billing) utilizes the left side functionality of the 'V' (Person, Account and Service Agreement) in CC&B. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Participated in Requirement review sessions to gather, write and formulate test case scenarios for unit, technical and functional testing of the Oracle RMB application (specifically testing Billable Charges)

Completed implementation of project through Go Live as well as provided post Go Live support

• Test Consultant for implementing Oracle RMB v2.2.4 application at Auto trader, which involved manual testing of the application, providing test planning, test execution and troubleshooting support for the Customer Project team 

• Executed and developed test cases/test scripts for all the modules related to Oracle CC&B( Billing, Credit &collection, Rates, payments , sales &marketing and customer information)
