Successfully completed project to launch a telematics aftermarket product launch in mid of Aug 2015. Project technology stack primarily includes Oracle Communications RODOD applications, Siebel CRM and Oracle EBS Applications. Purpose of my inception to this project was primarily to help customer to speed-up the already kicked off large development effort. During this project my responsibilities includes but no limited to.
Work with Functional and development managers to build the integrated program schedule consisting of multiple projects and multiple external vendors.
· Schedule and manage project tasks assigned with vendor resources from Oracle Corporation, Tech Mahindra and Accenture on ITops.
· Plan release iterations in hybrid agile environment. Work closely with Verizon functional managers, Solution Architects and conduct JAD/JAR sessions with IT and Business teams to review use cases collect the business requirements with respects to enhancements proposed by business for upcoming iteration.
· Also responsible to drive the critical effort to establish ITOps post production process for post launch in mid of April 2015. This includes facilitating meetings and resolving issues around the process gaps by working with business and ITops personnel. This includes the Manual process in Oracle EBS and Oracle’s Siebel CRM as well as technology system processes.

Successfully managed R12 upgrade project in mid of Aug 2014 and also completed Oracle EBS R12 global rollout for GE Digital Energy Power delivery in Oct 2014. Responsible to lead and deliver end to end business and system process maps for all manufacturing sites in GE digital energy, additionally also responsible to manage 50+ enhancements requests related to supply chain manufacturing area.
· As overall Rochester and PD cutover manager during Oracle R12 rollout project was responsible to meet and as required travel to GE sites with business users across functional areas such as Finance, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Commercial to facilitate building overall end to end BUSINESS cutover, build data conversion strategies and Release plan. That includes strategies for Item, BOM and routing conversion.

This SPS project effort was to perform a due-diligence between Oracle HCM Cloud vs Workday HCM Cloud integration feasibility study under taken by DoIT. During project my accomplishment includes not limited to:
· Successfully completed fit-gap analysis effort for multiple (54) state government agencies HCM integrations.
· Planned and drafted a cloud integration strategy for legacy systems.

· Successfully planned, managed and completed Infrastructure upgrade, UNIX to Linux migration, Golden Gate Implementation and Oracle 11g Database and Informatica platform upgrade effort for AT&T’s Order Track application.

As a Sr. Project/Program Manager was responsible to lead proprietary Project Portfolio management system enhancements projects and technical delivery of multiyear part of $14 million dollar “One funding model Program” in partnership with IBM.
Key Accomplishments:
· Managed AT&T-Dobson cellular merger (M&A) integration from Day beat to post FCC approval ,that includes planning of integration Dobson stores with AT&T supply chain and converting 200million dollar worth assets in to Oracle ERP.
· Actively participated in discussing approach to come-up with detail WBS Development tasks and timelines within following ITUP milestones for overall program and also helped in establishing delivery management process.
· Worked closely with IBM near shore team based in Mexico and offshore India.
· Ensured that projects development phases (in programs) are planned properly to ensure success and mitigate risks. IT program where the business objective of the post SWIM initiatives at AT&T Mobility was to implement additional modules, enhance and stabilize complex implementation of Oracle Retail Supply Chain and Distribution modules including Order Management, Pricing, and Shipping, Oracle Inventory, Oracle Receivables, Oracle Payables, Oracle General Ledger, Oracle Purchasing, Oracle iProcurment , Oracle iStore , Oracle Order Configurator and Oracle ASCP. These modules were integrated with external systems such as Retail Point of Sale, Billing, Warehouse Management System (Red Prairie) and Demand Planning System (Manugistics now JDA).
Key Accomplishments:
· Concurrently manage and successfully executed multiple (Seven) medium to large size projects budget up to four million dollars.
