Project Summary

  1. Project Title:              Dentaquest Purchasing Implementation (Nov,15 to Till Date)

Project Description:  DentaQuest is the second largest dental benefits administrator in the United States and largest in the Medicaid space. Dentaquest had already implemented Oracle financials and ORMB modules. Purchasing project was to implement all indirect purchases; Non-PO AP invoices alongwith AME approvals.

          

Responsibilities:

As a Functional Lead (Purchasing, iProcurement, AME and Payables) at Onsite (Boston, USA), my main responsibilities are:

·         Performed all project management activities and Solution architect role.

·         Participated in CRP cycles to gather requirements and do Fit-Gap analysis for those requirements. Distinguish those requirements as Day-1 and Day-2 post business discussions.

·         Creating all functional documents BRD, FSD and MD-50 documents.

·         Coordinate with Offshore development and testing teams for completing the development.

·         Interact with Business to understand conversion requirements from Legacy to Oracle.

·         Conducting SIT, UAT cycles with business to get sign–off for solution designed for their custom requirements.

 

 

  1. Project Title:           ENP Nextage NAC Implementation ( Dec,14 to Nov,15 )

            Project Description: 

            Emerson Network Power, a business unit of Emerson Electric (is a global manufacturer of power, precision cooling and infrastructure management systems), is in the process of implementing Oracle apps across the business unit. This Oracle R12 implementation project will help ENP in seamless and standardized business processes across different units.

            Responsibilities:

As a Functional Lead (Order Management and Pricing) at Onsite (Columbus, USA), my main responsibilities were:

·         Participate in CRP cycles to gather requirements and do Fit-Gap analysis for those requirements. Distinguish those requirements as Day-1 and Day-2 post business discussions.

·         To convince different businesses to use similar processes in line with standard oracle best business practices.

·         Interact with Business to understand conversion requirements from Legacy (LES, SMS, SAP) to Oracle.

·         Building interfaces between Existing LEGACY systems and Oracle for certain components

            Project Description: 

            Arrow Electronics is largest Electronics equipment manufacturers in the world. It went for a complete revamp of its ERP system and implementing Oracle R12 as part of this Unity project. It was a huge implementation program and one of its kinds for Oracle in manufacturing space. It had multiple business tracks span across end to end business process across all geographies.

Responsibilities: As a Functional Lead (Order Management, Pricing, BOM, WIP and Inventory) at Onsite (Denver, Colorado) and Offshore, my main responsibilities were:

·         Participated in CRP cycles to gather requirements and do Fit-Gap analysis for those requirements. Distinguish those requirements as Day-1 and Day-2 post business discussions.

·         Interact with Business to understand conversion requirements from Legacy (AEGIS) to Oracle.

·         Doing mock conversions every month end and validating results to find out any changes required in conversion logic.

·         Delta Solution design for America’s component business. Gap analysis, new solution documents and development coordination

·         Building interfaces between AEGIS(Existing LEGACY system) and Oracle for one of the business office

            Project Description: 

            Regulators Technologies, a business unit of Emerson Process Management (a leading brand in manufacturing and technology), is in the process of implementing Global Sales Order Form used across the business unit. This Oracle 11i implementation project will help Regulators in seamless and single order entry process/form for orders coming from different sources.

            Responsibilities:

As a Functional Analyst (Order Management) at Offshore (India) (Development phase), my main responsibilities were:

·         Analyze current Order Entry process and mapping with the Global Order Entry Process

  1. Project Title:            Diebold (Global system integration) ( Apr,08 to June,09)

                                                

Project Description:  Diebold was replacing their operational systems with an integrated solution using Oracle e-Business Suite applications for CRM, Order Management and Financials. Diebold was implementing Oracle e-Business Suite (11.5.10), adopting standard processes and using out-of-the-box functionality wherever possible. Phase 2 of the project implementation included the core capabilities of the Order to Cash process.

Responsibilities: As a Functional Analyst (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing and Advance Pricing) at Offshore (India), my main responsibilities were,

·         Completion of system testing, Integration testing and User Acceptance testing for all the custom developed RICE objects along with standard business function coordinating all the stake holders in timely manner.
