·      Partnered side-by-side with top-ranked Microsoft consultants to capture and ensure Best Practices.

·      Partnered with Microsoft in facilitating the Chief Information Office’s enterprise-wide project steering team.  We designed, developed, tested and deployed SharePoint 2013, including Project Server 2013, and across University of Texas MD Anderson through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from design and development through to deployment into Production.

·      Additionally, followed the full Business Intelligence (BI) application lifecycle to develop BI data modeling, analytic dashboards and data visualizations using the Microsoft BI technology stack.  Built KPIs, Performance Metrics and business intelligence dashboards reporting daily P&L, YTD P&L, business and project performance analysis so portfolio managers, business managers and executives could effectively manage issues, risks and profitability. 

·      Selected to receive 1-on-1 daily formal SharePoint “Best Practices” technical and project management knowledge transfer from Microsoft to me and later MD Anderson’s internal stakeholders, project managers and technical staff.  With Microsoft, collaborated in the development of formal Best Practices Role-based Knowledge Transfer and SharePoint and Project Manager Best Practices User Training which included video capture of all training sessions.  Edited video and created an Training Portal Site on SharePoint to provide on-demand Role-based video training and related reference documentation.
