Client Partner (IBM) Client – United Technologies (UTAS) Nov, 2014 – Present
Harish is a client partner/Program Manager for United Technologies, an Aerospace & Defense company with a strong commercial arm. This is a very complex multi provider environment with a tight segregation of military and commercial aspects of the business. Harish is engaged to lead its One Company initiative & provide strategic direction and program governance to UTAS. The scope of work includes Ariba on demand implementation, consolidated supplier collaboration platform, APO Demand Planning & PPDS, building a one company procurement platform in a separate instance. Harish manages the budgeting, forecasting, resource staffing, delivery excellence and gross profit management of the account. His role is to identify various “slow burn” & “invest” opportunities in the account for newer technologies like HANA, Mobility and Cloud solutions for IBM. As a full end to end service provider IBM is positioned well with United Technologies to become a preferred tier system integrator.
Client Partner (IBM) Client – National Gypsum (NGC) May, 2014 – Present
Harish works a client partner/Program Manager for National Gypsum Company. National Gypsum is undergoing a major restricting program. Harish is engaged with NGC on an SAP Upgrade Program that includes upgrade of its ECC enhancement pack level, SAP SRM from 5.0 to SRM 7.2, BI upgrade from 3.5 to 7.3, PI (PO) upgrade to support SRM 7.2 and related upgrades in Read soft, Vertex and other applications. This is currently a multi provider environment & Harish fully manages the client relationship, resources, deliverables, project financials, burn rate, scope and risks. Harish is activity engaged with NGC on its major restructuring program that involves consolidation of its SAP instances, migration of legacy applications and processes into SAP single instance. He has positioned IBM very well as a one-stop-shop provider for NGC to host its applications on the cloud, provide AMS support and build a strong CoE within NGC to support the future state. Harish has strategically identified and started a slow burn POC (Proof of Concept) opportunity in APO: S&OP and TM space at NGC.
Client Partner (IBM) Client – ACNI May, 2014 – Jan 2015
Harish worked as a client partner for end to end transformation program at ACNI to migrate legacy applications to SAP. ACNI is primarily a trading and shipping company and the solution involves all aspects of finance (SAP FI-CO), Global Trade (GTM), Procurement (SAP MM), Sales and Distribution (SAP SD), Logistics Execution (SAP TM), Event Management (EM) with complex EDI integration with land and ocean carriers. Harish’s role was to partner with SAP and drive a value proposition for ACNI, build POC for the client using multiple SAP solutions to demonstrate a viable end to end solution that later transitioned into an end to end project. Harish partnered with IBM SWG and SAP to migrate the ACNI’s internally managed landscape into an IBM hosted environment powered by HANA.
Transformation Manager (IBM) Client – Keurig Green Mountain Jan, 2013 – May2014
Managed $14+mn dollar global business transformation program for Keurig Green Mountain. As a trusted advisor, Harish built and negotiated a transformation roadmap for KGM to ensure smooth transition from a myriad of legacy applications & Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP to single global SAP platform. He successfully managed stakeholder expectations and navigated through a complex organizational change challenges. SAP Program Manager (IBM) Client- GEODIS Global Logistics Apr, 2011 – Dec, 2012
SAP Program manager for a multi-million dollar IT transformation program. He was directly responsible to drive due diligence workshops, staffing, risk management, governance, ensuring business readiness & stakeholder alignment. SRM Solution Architect (IBM) Client- KLA-Tencor Jun, 2010 – Mar, 2011
Harish led the SAP SRM implementation program at KLA-Tencor. KLA-T had a home grown e-Req solution within their landscape and the objective of the SRM implementation project was not only to replace current solution with SAP SRM but also provide a user friendly UI for user adoption. Harish carried out a due-diligence workshop with multiple SAP bolt-on providers and technology enablers like Adobe-Flex etc and finally provided a solution with PHP front end powered by SAP SRM 7.0 in the backend. He managed the entire end to end solution, staffing, design, build, test and deployed the solution in Asia, US and Europe.
