Programs/Contracts: Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (CCSD) IT Services and EICCS Contracts, July 2015-Present (40-50 Hours per week)
Primary Responsibilities: Deliver efficient and accountable management skills in the execution of Tier 1-3 IT Services provided to Air Force customers located at Lackland AFB, TX. Employ effective leadership of multiple teams that meet or exceed the Service Level Agreements or Performance Work Statement (PWS) objectives for all contracted services. Maximize teamwork to ensure delivery of Service Desk, Network Infrastructure, Systems, Information Assurance, Change Management, Request Fulfillment, and Project Management Services. Provide reviews for SLAs, CCSD policies, and provide management for projects of various scope and size. Provide leadership of team members to inspire and positively impact the mission. Primary Responsibilities: Our team provided global IT Services to the Air Force through the effective appointment of 40 full time employees located in four geographically separate locations, across two distinct contracts. Responsible for the direction of the 3 Site Leads located in Germany, Ohio, and Hawaii that ensured the delivery of consistent IT services for the AF Intelligence Community (IC). Provided program management for the two contracts, created deliverables for customers, tracked financial data for projects, maintained SharePoint sites for the management of the programs, tracked and briefed status for customer IT projects, as well as provided customer relationship management and ad hoc briefings. Developed cost estimates for projects to include labor/materials. Reviewed and recommended changes on customer implementation of ITIL based processes, such as Change Management and Requirements management and assisted with developing policy needed for the management of the Enterprise and the development of a CMDB.
